Annual General Meeting

This is our chance to recap over the last year and look to the year ahead. The meeting starts on Zoom at 8.30pm. There is a phone alternative for those who struggle with the internet. See panel below for joining instructions. Online voting will be available, or you can appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf.

Agenda to include Secretary’s, Treasurer’s and Chairman’s report, Election of the Committee.

Any motions for the meeting, or appointment of proxies, should be sent in writing to the Secretary, Dave Julian.

Set in beautiful grounds in the heart of the Peak District, YHA Ravenstor sits high above the River Wye between Bakewell and Buxton with views of Millers Dale. This country retreat, a former mill owner’s house, has plenty of walking routes - including the Monsal Trail - easily accessible from the hostel.

Walk: Thames Estuary

Meet at Abbey Wood (Elizabeth Line) station at 10.30am for a circular walk to Erith and back. Includes Lesnes Abbey ruins, the Woodland Way and passing alongside Crossness Nature Reserve. Please bring sandwiches.

Join us for a slideshow tour of the Netherlands, including pictures from Dave and Helen's recent holiday - a tour of some of the major towns including, canals, windmills, cheese, Dutch art and beaches. Plus an insight into the country's ongoing battle against the sea.
