Annual General Meeting

This is our chance to recap over the last year and look to the year ahead. The meeting starts on Zoom at 8.30pm. There is a phone alternative for those who struggle with the internet. Please get in touch for joining instructions. Online voting will be available, or you can appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf.

Agenda to include Secretary’s, Treasurer’s and Chairman’s report, Election of the Committee.

Any motions for the meeting, or appointment of proxies, should be sent in writing to the Secretary Dave Julian.

Sunday walk: Markshall Arboretum

Meet at 10:30am in Greenstead Green by the football field and children’s play area (CO9 1QZ) for an autumnal walk to Markshall arboretum and back (approx. 7 miles). Please bring sandwiches, but there is a chance of refreshment at The Orchard Kitchen about halfway round.
