Sunday 1st October The Southern Cycle Saunter Enjoy a leisurely 30 to 35 mile cycle ride around the lanes of Kent. This event takes place every year on the first Sunday in October, organised by Croydon YHA Group. Teams of up to six people guess their way around the route, solving puzzles and quizzes on the way around. This event is not about finishing the route in the fastest time. The aim instead is to gain the maximum amount of points on the clues and quizzes. All entrants receive a certificate and the winning team gets a trophy. The cost is around £5. There are drinks and refreshments en route and lunch, tea and drinks are included in the price. Please contact Nigel as soon as possible if you're interested and we'll try to put a couple of teams together.
