It's now time for you all to practice the Christmas drinking you will be doing over the festive period. Your host for the day will lead you on a tour of the best ale houses our capital city has to offer, so get your winter woollies on and be very thirsty!

Plan is to watch (England win?) the Rugby World Cup Final in the Flyman and Firkin and celebrate New Zealand's win afterwards (Non-Rugby fans also welcome!)

Those of us who visited Zakopane in September want to tell you all about it... Culture in Krakow, sculptures in salt mines, rafts on the river and of course the spectacular lakes and mountains of the Tatras.

This is the annual overnight orienteering competition in Epping Forest run by Walthamstow & Chingford YHA Group. You have eight hours to do a twelve mile course searching for camouflaged tents in the pitch dark undergrowth.
