Annual General Meeting

At the end of another difficult year, this is our chance to recap and look to the year ahead. Last year's AGM was held successfully on Zoom, and attendance was good, so we've decided to meet on Zoom again this time. There is a phone alternative for those who struggle with the internet. See panel on the left for joining instructions. Online voting will be available, or you can appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf.

Agenda to include Secretary’s, Treasurer’s and Chairman’s report, Election of the Committee.

Any motions for the meeting, or appointment of proxies, should be sent in writing to the Secretary (Dave Julian).
