Faroe Islands

Dave P

We’re planning a trip to the Faroe Islands in July. Eighteen mountainous islands in the North Atlantic – dramatic, remote and unspoiled. We'll be flying from Edinburgh, and staying in a large house overlooking the sea in a peaceful nature reserve, only half an hour's walk from the centre of Tórshavn (the smallest capital city in the world). The main islands are connected by bridges or tunnels, bringing them within a couple of hours' drive of Tórshavn. Others can be visited as day trips by ferry or helicopter.

THIS TRIP IS NOW FULLY BOOKED

Wednesday 27th July

Pub Night – The Rodney

Ali

Fresh from our trip to the Faroes, join us at the Rodney in Little Baddow (CM3 4TQ) from 8.30pm for a drink and tales of the frozen north. As an added enticement Chelmsford Morris will be dancing this evening (it could be busy!).

Note: Unless otherwise stated, Wednesday events start at 8.30pm at the YMCA in Victoria Road, Chelmsford
